Review each check before submitting a support request. Small changes to the network name, frequency or security settings may resolve the connection issue.
If your router combines frequencies, create or enable a dedicated 2.4 GHz network for the initial setup.
Connect your phone to the dedicated 2.4 GHz network before starting the heat-pump pairing process.
Avoid special characters in the network name or SSID. Use letters and numbers where possible.
Wi-Fi 7 and mesh routers may require a dedicated 2.4 GHz network using WPA2 security rather than a combined WPA2 and WPA3 mode.
If all network settings are correct but pairing still fails, retry the initial setup using another compatible Apple or Android device.
